Virgina Waterfalls
The Appalachian mountains run through parts of Virginia. While the elevations are not as high as in other states, it does create for some wonderful hiking trails and sights. Most that are easy enough to climb.
The Blue Ridge Parkway runs through both Virginia and North Carolina, so many trails and waterfalls can be found at it's source. At the end of the Blue Ridge is the Shenandoah National Park and access to the Skyline Drive.
Tank Hollow Falls
