Triple Falls is one of many beautiful waterfalls in the Dupont State Forest. This is a moderate hike to view the waterfalls. There are several different viewing areas for this waterfall. You can view the waterfall in sections and as a whole. Like the name says there are three different waterfalls that make up this one waterfall.
To hike to Triple Falls from the parking area, hike past the wooden shelter and cross the paved road on the crosswalk. Walk on the side of the road (facing traffic) to the other side of the bridge and hop the guardrail. Go down the stairs to find the beginning of the Triple Falls Trail on the left at 0.1 miles.
At 0.3 miles there is a side trail to the left which leads to the base of the lower third of Triple Falls. Continuing on the Triple Falls Trail from here, the trail begins to get steep for a short time until you reach the upper Triple Falls overlook at 0.5 miles.
Just past the overlook, there is a picnic shelter on the right and on the left is a wooden staircase that goes down to the base of the middle falls of Triple Falls.
While in the area be sure to visit Hooker Falls and High Falls, also located in the Dupont State Forest.

I love reading about the waterfalls you post on your site. I check here frequently just to look at the photos of the beautiful waterfalls.
